Do I as the owner have to furnish the property?

It is required that you have your property furnished for us before starting. If you do not know what you need, please check out our Furnishing Guide to see a room-by-room checklist telling you exactly what you need to make your short term rental property the most efficient for our guests.

What are the responsibilities of Lodgeful Vacation Rentals for my Airbnb?

Lodgeful has many responsibilities when managing your short term rental. Here are our responsibilities:

1.  Handle all listing photography for your property.
2. Handle customer support or inquiries about your listing.
3.  Give you access to my essentials kit for management
4. Set up your listing or listing(s) on the Airbnb® Platform
5. Optimize your listing so it reaches the most people and have the quickest results.
6. Coordinate & Communicate cleaners schedules so they are on time to your property cleaning after each check out.
7. Manage your listings calendar so nothing slips through the cracks.
8. Report back to Property Owner quickly when/if there are any issues that arise with the property.
9. Set up your cleaning closet and manage your inventory.
10. Provide a hard copy spiral bound guidebook for your listing.

What are the property owners responsibilities?

Property Owners also have responsibilities. You can find them listed below:

1. Fixing property issues as they arise in a timely manner.
2. Making sure dates are blocked off at least a week in advance if you need to stay there.
3. Required to put on certain electronic door lock and cleaning closet lock. (Door Locks are in the Essential's Kit).
4. Supply cleaning supplies, food or beverages you want to leave out for guests, or any other furnishings you would like to have.

Can I cancel the Airbnb at anytime?

Yes you can cancel at anytime, although if there are any bookings already you must allow those bookings go through before you cancel or take the listing down from any Short Term Rental Platforms.

What if something breaks, or someone is injured on the property, what happens?

If someone breaks something, our cleaners will take pictures of it, and we will try to claim those with the guests to pay you back for it. If it still hasnt been sloved, we will go to the Short Term Rental Platform that it is on, and handle it from them. As a third option, you should have short term rental insurance that has property damage & general liability on it.

Can I have my own cleaners to clean my Airbnb?

Yes, we can use your cleaners, however we require them to go through our cleaning process to make sure they understand the systems we follow here at Lodgeful. This is what makes your property thrive, a clean listing!
